In practice, this means that all processes in the home from lighting to heating, you can manage via your  mobile phone or via the Internet.

Even the best technology in the world, if not packaged in accordance with its value, will not find a way to the hearts of its consumers.

Therefore, whit accordance of our understanding of the world, in the project we applied  the most sophisticated, the newest and most beautiful solutions of architectural expression.

Our goal is to be genuine, bold and unique to set standards and not to follow standards set by others.

And at the end of it all comes to life ...

in our case life worthy of new man bravely looked at the future but with live memory of the path traveled, mirrored in the glory of our ancestors, and more importantly in the future of our descendants ...
